Home… a word that brings a sense of safety, belonging, and growth. God has greatly blessed us as a church over the years. In 2006, we moved from a faithful, growing Core Team to a powerfully launched church in rental mode. The Spirit fanned the flames on this group of called-out ones, and things began to grow quickly in size and maturity. In 2012, we moved into our physical building as our new home, where we still thrive and grow today. 

Summit Point Church is now a spiritual home to many. And our building functions as a fantastic physical home. When we moved into this building, our Junior High ministry had about 40 kids… today we are well over 200 with dozens saved every year. Our High School ministry was about 60 when we moved in, and today it is thriving at 160+, again with dozens saved every year. We are busting at the seams in our children’s and student ministries. 

Our building was originally designed with two phases – A and B. We have already finished both phases of the Worship Center and parking lot. Now is the time to finish Phase B for children’s ministry, student ministry, and offices. Why go after finishing the design? Because God is moving. The Holy Spirit is stirring. Our children and students are on fire, and God is glorified. 

So, let’s join arms and help build into tomorrow’s generations. Let’s build “not so that they might come”, but rather because “they have already come!” Let’s build a space that will allow our children and students to continue to grow in knowledge, power, and maturity in the Lord.
